Sainsbury’s has won three planning consents in the Greater Manchester area this month.

Advised by Local Dialogue, Sainsbury’s has won planning permission for an extension to a Sainsbury’s store in Denton, which includes 17,500 sq ft of extra sales space, a new mezzanine level customer restaurant, as well as improved online shopping and car parking facilities.

Similar proposals were also secured for Sainsbury’s sites in Oldham and Salford.
