Sale prompts Old Mutual City disposal

The 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sq m) building, one of the largest secondhand additions to the City market this year, is being put on the market through Drivers Jonas and Hargreaves Goswell Down, the firm set up by former Healey & Baker partners Angus Goswell and Colin Hargreaves.
