Sanofi letting a shot in the arm for Thames Valley Park

Pharma giant will consolidate from offices in Guildford and Maidenhead into 71,000 sq ft Four10 building.

The drugs manufacturer, the fifth largest in the world, is set to take all the space at Royal London Group’s Four10 building, which has recently been refurbished and now comprises 71,000 sq ft of grade-A offices.

Last year, it appointed CBRE to find a new single office along the M4 corridor and will consolidate from offices in Guildford and Maidenhead.
