Savills IM and Tristan Capital’s fund EPISO 3 have secured a letting to Iceland at their retail park in Newport, Wales.
Iceland, trading as Food Warehouse, has signed for a 10,000 sq ft unit at 28 East Retail Park, bringing occupancy at the scheme to 94%.
The joint-venture partners acquired the asset in December 2014 when occupancy its was 54% occupied and have since let space to tenants including B&M, Wren, Topps Tiles and Oak Furnitureland.
