Savills Investment Management has acquired Charlemont Exchange in Dublin for €145m (£125m) on behalf of Korean institutional investors managed by Vestas Investment Management.
Purchased from Irish property group Marlet, the scheme is entirely let to WeWork on a 20-year lease.
