Savills enjoyed a sale rate of 92% at its residential sale at the Millennium Hotel last Monday.
The auction house raised £26m from a catalogue made up of 156 lots – increasing its sale rate from its July outing, in which it raised £18.7m, by six percentage points.
Among the popular sales on the day was a portfolio of residential ground rents which sold for £5.4m after having been offered without reserve.
Other lots that sold well included a former doctor's surgery in Fulham which sold almost 40% above its guide price of £315,000 at £524,000 off a £315,000 guide.
Savills auctioneer Chris Coleman-Smith reported the return of property traders to the room.
