Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed Savills to provide leasing and professional advice on its 170,000 sq ft Old George Mall shopping centre in Salisbury (below). Savills acted for Orchard Street in June to buy the building from Doughty Hanson for £81m, which reflects a net initial yield of 6.5%.
