The K Club, which hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup, has been placed on the market with a guide price of €80m (£71m).
Owner Dr Michael Smurfit has instructed the Savills hotels & leisure division to manage the sale of the resort, which is located in County Kildare, Ireland, and has two 18-hole championship golf courses as well as a 134 bedroom luxury hotel.
