Savills has been appointed to manage two retail schemes in Leicester and Dundee.

A fund advised by JP.Morgan Asset Management has appointed Savills to asset manage two of its schemes - St Georges Retail Park, St Georges Way in Leicester and Gallagher Retail Park, East Dock Street in Dundee.

In Leicester the 169,415 sq ft park has tenants including Wickes, Comet, Pets at Home, Next, Brantano, Toys R Us, Mothercare, KFC, and Avis.

Dundee’s Gallagher Retail Park totals 133,130 sq ft and includes tenants Matalan, Brantano, TK Maxx, JJB, Mothercare, Next and Borders.

Both parks were acquired by a fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management in conjunction with their asset management advisors, Kirkstone.
