Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a 4.9% increase in net asset value (NAV) to €187.1m, according to half-year results up to 31 March.
The company also reported a NAV total return of 6.1%, up from 2.5% in 2017.
EPRA earnings were €6.5m, up from €2.6m, attributed to rental income from acquisitions and €2.4m from the sale of an asset in Hamburg.
