Schroder Real Estate Investment lets City Tower units to Lidl

Schroder Real Estate Investment has agreed terms with Lidl for a 10,985 store in Manchester’s City Tower.

The 25-year lease will see the discount supermarket ccupy two units on the ground floor of the building with a further 7,900 sq ft of basement space.

One of the units, a former Poundworld store, is already empty. The second unit, currently occupied by Quality Save, will be vacated in February next year ready for the Lidl store to open in the spring.
