SREIT has let a warehouse unit to Recycling Technologies at Stirling Court at a rate 23% above previous lets in Swindon.
The company, which specialises in converting household plastics like crisp packets and film into oil with its patented machine, has let 25,677 sq ft on a 10 year lease at £6.50/sq ft, with a tenant break option at year five. The lease is conditional on SREIT refurbishing the unit by August at a cost of £220,000, while the tenant has provided a £100,000 rent deposit.
