Scottish Government teams up with PfP Capital for £150m affordable homes drive

Places for People’s fund management arm PfP Capital has announced a new partnership with the Scottish government to launch a £150m fund aimed at delivering of 1,000 affordable homes in Scotland.

PfP Capital will launch its Mid Market Rent (MMR) Fund with £47.5m seed investment from the Scottish Government and £10m capital commitment from Castle Rock Edinvar alongside £87.5m capital raised from third parties over the summer.
