Scottish Widows Investment Partnership is to bring Cardiff Gate Retail Park to the market for £40m, reflecting a yield of 6.75%. Tenants on the 150,000 sq ft scheme include B&Q, DFS, Harveys and McDonald’s. Savills will market the development.
