Mike Hussey’s Almacantar has completed a deal to sell the West End Grade II-listed office building ‘Space House’ to investor Seaforth Land for £165m.
The building, officially known as CAA House on Kingsway, comprises of 229,192 sq ft of office space across two interconnected buildings, fully let to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) until December 2019. The CAA occupies the space covering an eight-storey building on Kingsway and a 15-storey building on Kemble Street in the West End on a rent of £29.23/sq ft translating to a net initial yield on sale of 4%.
