The second phase at Sheffield Business Park, which is located off Junction 33 on the M1, forms part of a wider 50-acre masterplan at the site .

Phase two will involve the redevelopment of the now-closed Sheffield City Airport runway, with facilities available on a design-and-build basis to meet occupier demand.

Sheffield Business Park opened in 1997 and since then more than 600,000 sq ft of commercial space has been developed.

Sheffield Business Park Phase 2 is marketed by Knight Frank and M3.
