Dunsfold Park’s planning application to build 1,800 homes at the Dunsfold Aerodrome has been approved having been called in by the secretary of state for housing, Sajid Javid.
The park in Surrey received sign off from Waverly Borough Council in December 2016 but was called in by the Secretary of State last March, taking the decision out of the hands of the local authority.
