The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has opened an investigation into suspected fraud concerning three property developments in the North West.

The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has opened an investigation into suspected fraud concerning three property developments in the North West.

The three residential schemes – Angelgate in Manchester, and New Chinatown and North Point Pall Mall in Liverpool – have all stalled and the companies involved put into administration.
