Shareholders rebel against pay hike for Civitas chair

Civitas Social Housing has faced down a rebellion over a proposed pay hike for the company’s non-executive chairman Michael Wrobel.

At the company’s AGM yesterday, just under 30m votes were cast against the remuneration, compared with 92m that were in favour.
