More than £400m of industrial portfolios are officially on the market. If the sales go through as expected before the end of the year,  they would push the total volume of industrial portfolio investment this year to close to £3bn.

Property Week has learned that Ares Management and Revelan Group have been in discussions with a number of prospective buyers of a £100m portfolio called R32. Legal & General is also marketing a portfolio of regional warehouses, seeking £46.1m for seven assets called the Crown Portfolio.
