North-east agency firm Lane Walker Ltd has been voluntarily liquidated so that its directors – Robert Lane, Gary Newbould and Clive Stevens – can pursue other opportunities.
All debts will or have been met and the remaining funds are being distributed to shareholders.
Robert Lane is continuing to trade a new operation with the same name, Lane Walker, from Sheffield.
Lane said: 'I am extremely proud of what we achieved at Lane Walker, working hard to provide a high quality professional service that retained the commercial edge, essential elements for a successful business and I’m now looking forward to new challenges. This new opportunity will allow me to help clients take advantage of the excellent opportunities for investment in the commercial property sector.'
