Self-storage giant Shurgard has exchanged on a deal to buy London-based rival ABC Selfstore for £50m.
Shurgard is already Europe’s largest self-storage business with a market capitalisation of more than €2bn and the acquisition of ABC Selfstore adds three further freehold facilities in Wandsworth, Southwark and Camden to its portfolio.
