KQ Liverpool chief executive Colin Sinclair has been appointed to lead the newly formed Knowledge Quarter Development Company as it proceeds with plans to create a £2bn development.
Sinclair, who will take over the chief executive role on an interim basis, was formerly chief executive at Manchester Investment and Development Agency (MIDAS) and director at developer Bruntwood. He has been in post at KQ Liverpool for the last two years and during this time, he has supported Liverpool City Council with their Paddington Village and Knowledge Quarter Gateway developments.
