Singapore's Heeton secures Glasgow's Hotel Indigo

Maven Capital Partners has completed the £14.5m sale of the four-star Hotel Indigo Glasgow to Singaporean investor Heeton Holdings.

The deal has been structured to includes the sale of the interest in the hotel to a Ground Rent Fund and the long leasehold interest to Heeton which has acquired the trading business of the 94-room hotel and the in-house Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill restaurant, cocktail bar and guest gym. Maven claims it is one of the first hotel deals to be structured this way.
