Sittingbourne Centre to undergo a £110m redevelopment scheme

Quinn Estates joins specialist mixed-use regeneration developer, Cathedral and property consultants, Essential Land LLP in the development of the £110m Spirit of Sittingbourne scheme. The scheme is set to transform Sittingbourne Centre, generating £250m of economic improvement and creating more than 1,000 new jobs.
