Six in the frame for Foster’s £200m City tower revamp

US firm Tishman Speyer, Greycoat, Development Securities, AXA SunLife and Stuart lipton’s project management company Stanhope, as well as another unnamed UK fund, have been shortlisted for the 33,450 sq m (360,000 sq ft) scheme next to the Tower of London.
