Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has revealed a shortlist of six developers for its £90m regeneration portfolio.

Quintain, ING, St Modwen, Grainger, John Laing and Thornfield were the six chosen from a list of 21.

The council is seeking a development partner to work with it on the regeneration of its freehold assets, including its own offices. The developers will submit detailed proposals to the council at the end of the summer.

Cllr Elizabeth Thomas, Portfolio Holder for Planning and Development, said: 'We are delighted with the interest this opportunity has generated which reinforces our belief in the range of opportunities within our borough.'
