SJ Berwin on the Environmental Civil Sanctions (England) Order 2010

The Environmental Civil Sanctions (England) Order 2010 came into force on 6 April. The Order allows Natural England and the Environment Agency to impose civil sanctions, as an alternative to prosecution, on individuals or companies that breach certain environmental laws.
