The Howard de Walden Estate has let the entirety of its Grade II listed 42 Portland Place to Christie’s Education for a new arts, law and business facility.

The building totals 7,240 sq ft and is arranged on lower ground, ground and four upper floors. The Estate selected the tenant in line with its aim for buildings within its 92 acre Marylebone holdings to be dedicated to teaching and the arts, “to educate future generations of professionals who will go on to work in auction houses, galleries and museums”.
