Smiggle enters into talks with landlords over rent reductions

Stationery retailer lobbies for widespread rent cuts due to unexpectedly poor trading at a number of its stores

The company, which embarked on a huge expansion drive in the UK in 2014 and now has around 130 stores, has contacted landlords to negotiate rent reductions at stores that have experienced poor trading.
