Smiths Gore has been instructed by Forest Enterprises Australia to sell 40 forestry plantations on Queensland’s Great Dividing Range, totalling 42,610 acres, for around A$50m (£28.4m), on a sale-and-leaseback basis, with an initial return on investment of 8% of the initial purchase price.
