Georgica is believed to be negotiating a sale of the snooker clubs to Canada Life and the bowling alleys to an unnamed individual property investor.
Once the deals are completed it will continue to manage the venues.
Meanwhile, a rival bowling business is set to be sold to the private-equity arm of ABN Amro in the next couple of weeks.
