Earnings before depreciation, amortisation and deferred taxes – or EBDADT (roughly equivalent to funds from operations) – were $70.2m (£46.8m), or 62 cents (41p) a share, surpassing Wall Street projections of 55 cents (37p) and 49 cents (33p) a year ago.
