Property Week understands that Sony’s music arm, which represents some of the world’s biggest artists including Bruce Springsteen, Beyoncé and Britney Spears, is closing in on a deal to take 124,000 sq ft across six floors at 4 Handyside Street.

It will move from its 97,000 sq ft head office at 9 Derry Street, just off Kensington High Street, to the 67-acre King’s Cross development, which is owned by the King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership, a joint venture between developer Argent and pension fund AustralianSuper.
