Sotheby's secures new resi development director with trio of senior hires

Auction house giant Sotheby’s UK realty business has made a trio of senior hires from Savills, CBRE and Knight Frank.

The new senior leadership team, comprising Guy Bradshaw, Jack Ballantine and Aree Rand, have nearly 50 years’ experience combined working in the prime residential sector and have been tasked with supporting Sotheby’s International Realty’s rapid expansion plans in the UK.
