South Bank Tower owner Jackyl pounces on Portuguese investment

Blake Loveless’ Jackyl has completed a £25m acquisition of a 2m sq ft development plot in Lisbon as part of a joint venture with Bybrook Capital.

The real estate investment firm, launched by former Meyer Bergman executive Loveless last year, has now racked up deals for €500m of assets across Europe including the top 39 apartments in the South Bank Tower in London and Praça Rossio in central Lisbon.
