South East office investment leaps but leasing slows

Office investment in the South East soared 84% year on year in the first quarter of 2018, but leasing activity slowed.

The latest research from Colliers International showed 37 office transactions worth a total of around £810m in Q1, compared with 26 transactions worth £440m in Q1 2017.

However, just four acquisitions accounted for £366m, or 45%, of the total volume.
