Supply in Southampton has continued to diminish with lettings agreed on three remaining buildings: Kyle Stewart’s 1,900 sq m (20,600 sq ft) Arcadia House; City Estates’ 2,000 sq m (21,700 sq ft) Briton House, and 700 sq m (7,500 sq ft) at Grosvenor Waterside’s Waterside House.
