South Korea buys in Sydney Harbour

South Korea’s National Pension Service has bought Aurora Place, a 44-storey office tower in Sydney, for A$685m (£393m), in one of Australia’s biggest property deals in two years. CB Richard Ellis acted for vendor Colonial Funds Management, an Australian property fund managed by Colonial First State.
