South-west deal closes successful year for sheds

B&Q started the year in style, signing up for 792,000 sq ft (73,578sq m) at Scarborough Development Group and Clugston Estates' Redhouse Interchange near Doncaster in January. Next took a nearby 39-acre (15 ha) site from Highbridge Properties for a 600,000 sq ft (55,741 sq m) warehouse.
