While certain sectors, such as manufacturing, are experiencing difficulties, many business areas remain fundamentally healthy and, with a few localised exceptions, commercial-property supply and demand are generally well balanced. However, in many areas of the market, and despite tapering demand, there is a shortage of good-quality product.
