Columbia Threadneedle Courage Yard

Southwark Council has bought London Southbank development Courage Yard from Columbia Threadneedle.

JLL was instructed to sell the newly refurbished mixed-use scheme, which sits on the site of the former Courage Brewery near Tower Bridge, for £89m in September, at a yield of 5%. It was just the second time the property had been on the market in 30 years.
