Southwark Council buys Columbia Threadneedle’s Courage Yard

Columbia Threadneedle Courage Yard

JLL was instructed to sell the newly refurbished mixed-use scheme, which sits on the site of the former Courage Brewery near Tower Bridge, for £89m in September, at a yield of 5%. It was just the second time the property had been on the market in 30 years.
