Swimwear manufacturer Speedo has taken 43,000 sq ft at a Miller Birch-owned development in Nottingham for its new global headquarters.

Speedo has taken the space at the ng2 development in Nottingham on a 17 year lease at £18.95/sq ft.

It is relocating from its previous premises on Ascot Road in Nottingham.

The building will include an aqua lab research and design facility.
