St Francis and iSec secure record South West industrial let

MSF Filton, a joint venture between St Francis Group and iSec, has secured the largest industrial letting in the South West this year on a 115,000 sq ft speculatively built unit at its Horizon38 scheme.

The unit within the south Gloucestershire scheme has been let on a 15-year lease at a rent of £7.25/sq ft to a trade distribution specialist.
