The St James’s Market Partnership – a joint venture between The Crown Estate and Oxford Properties Group - has revealed proposals for its St James’s Market regeneration scheme.
The second phase of the regeneration will see a group of buildings adjacent to the St James’s Market scheme developed into office, retail and dining space. In addition the plans include new public space.
