Orchard Street Investment Management has acquired 3 Arlington Square, a 68,000 sq ft multi-let Grade A office scheme in Bracknell, Berkshire for £22.65m for its St James’s Place Property Unit Trust.
Orchard Street acquired the building from Arlington at a net initial yield of 6.25%.
The recently refurbished building is 92% let to six tenants including Legal & General Homes, Ivanti and Quest Software.
