St. Modwen has completed two deals totalling 17,637 sq ft at its 23-acre Great Western Business Park in Worcester.
The world’s largest provider of dialysis services, Fresenius Medical Services, has bought the long leasehold of a 10,060 sq ft unit for £100 per sq ft and car parts supplier, SPAL Automotive UK, has taken a 7,577 sq ft office on a 10-year lease at £5.50 per sq ft.
Julie Rossiter, senior asset manager for St. Modwen said: ‘Great Western Business Park is now over forty per cent occupied. Both SPAL and Fresenius have moved as a result of business expansion and the need for their services in the Worcester area which is an encouraging sign.’
Both companies have taken space in the first phase of the £10m business park, which totals 110,000 sq ft across six blocks of industrial units.
