St Modwen offers £59m Cygnet Portfolio to market

St Modwen has put a mixed-use portfolio of non-core assets on the market with a guide price of £59m.

It has appointed Knight Frank to handle the sale of the Cygnet Portfolio, which is made up of 24 regional assets.
