St. Modwen strikes £180m warehouse portfolio deal

St. Modwen has paid Argo Real Estate £180m for a portfolio of urban warehouses in London and Manchester.

The seven units in London and one in Manchester total 717,000 sq ft, and are were all built or substantially renovated in the last ten years.
