St Modwen’s Bolton spree

St Modwen has bought 20 shops at Market Precinct and part of Brackley Street in Farnworth, Bolton, from Ediston and PAVF Nominees for £4m – a yield of around 10.75%. King Sturge and law firm DWF advised St Modwen.
